As mentioned, the Dacia Sandero Stepway isn’t a good fit for driving to every single destination in Iceland. However, while you can’t visit the F-Roads located throughout the Icelandic Highlands due to the roads’ more challenging and rough terrain, you can visit a lot of other, top spots in the country.

The Golden Circle is Iceland’s most popular driving route and is a road trip that you can do in just a day if you’re speedy, though it is really best enjoyed by taking your time. There are three main sites to see on the Golden Circle: Thingvellir National Park, the Geysir geothermal field and Gullfoss waterfall. These are some of the most popular and photographed spots in Iceland, so you can't leave without seeing them! 

The Dacia Sandero Stepway is also a good pick for a road trip along the South Coast. Iceland’s South Coast is just a quick drive from Reykjavik and can be enjoyed over a few days or a week. Along the South Coast, you'll see some of Iceland’s black sand beaches, glaciers, and more. 

Of course, the Dacia Sandero Stepway is also suitable for city driving, around Reykjavik, if you plan on keeping your trip to Iceland mostly limited to the city.
